Going OOS is big hurdle at the end of day requires more capital, contractors, agents, boots on the ground, and numerous phone calls.

It sounds like what you are saying is that you need PARTICULAR SIZE windows… as windows in standard sizes can be had from numerous vendors such as Home Depot, etc.
