Really dive into what has to be done vs. what you'd like done.

Tell him that you just had to evict the man, and for what reason, and that you would prefer not to have him on the property at all, but that if he insists on hosting him, he must comply with the terms of the lease - which means no more than 14 nights/year. 

If you need the money to dive into something else, then I would say you should sell and find your next endeavor.
