One neighborhood is a C neighborhood but turns about 20% ROI where as there's a A/B neighborhood that turns about 10% ROI. 

I have been on the search for a property to house hack and one popped up in a great neighborhood but both units are currently rented.

We want someone who is willing to look for rental potential and give us the inside scoop on which neighborhoods are more or less rental friendly, can give pros and cons on amenities, and is familiar with the fees for various communities.

What type of neighborhoods are you looking in for SFRs right now?

Actually, what I like about Milan and other surrounding towns, is the nice houses with backyards in quiet neighborhoods. 

This is a c-d neighborhood.

And are there perhaps certain neighborhoods I should look in/avoid? 

We are starting to learn the neighborhoods there. 

We moved out the freeways to smaller towns as long as they had growing jobs, companies moving into the area.  10min to a freeway, 30 min to good jobs, decent schools, cute house in a neighborhood, never on a road with strips....Read my Buy a Bullet Proof portfolio paper file URL 1/2 way down on my profile.
