The overall market may be down a bit, but STRs are still a good vehicle and will be for a long time.......IMHO.

The vehicle will not be over 6,000 lbs (likely a Toyota Tacoma) so I know there will be a limit on the amount of bonus depreciation I can recapture.  

We have had issues with contractors targeting this area due to the storms or hurricanes...they are the "Run and Hide" contractors (which means they run to get business cards and signs on their vehicles so they can take advantage of homeowners desperately needing new roofs and then they hide or leave after ripping them off - most times they don't pass inspection or even get the final inspection done  which means the owners still can't get insurance coverage and they have a hard time getting another roofing company to complete the job without wanting to rip it off and re-do everything).Good luck and don't be afraid to reach out if you need help.

There is a pump that stopped working - I called a plumber to come take a look and they said the motor burnt out and needed to be replaced - I setup the service for the next business day (after the weekend) and my plumber seemed to think it was not particularly urgent.

This machine does not go inside any business or facility it is meant to be outside as it is a fairly large machine and is meant for people to pull up with their vehicles and either purchase water by the gallon or ice in a bag (10lbs) or bulk ice for coolers (20lbs) The vending machine takes up just half the space of a parking space and this machine will attract customers to your business so you could see an increase of traffic to your own business just from customers coming to purchase water and ice.
