While I was waiting for my doctors appointment (regular consistent mental health Dr.) the apartment complex served me a letter that they were notified of an animal and placed a $400.

Was it for work, a medical reason, any kind of unforeseen circumstances?  

My wife is a doctor and currently makes plenty of $ for our family of 4.

It will be split from an additional 30 lots from the same park that the owners have been slowly filling since they do not have the time to commit to the full project (they are older and have very time consuming full time jobs).This property is less than 2 miles from I-95, a Honda plant, 8 miles from the rest of the major employers in the area, and is on the "poorer" side of town where people (doctors) are buying property for cheap and building their big homes in the country.  

Medical Payments: Provides coverage for an injury suffered on the premises.

However, a few years ago, the seller rehabbed it and converted it into (what look like) a medical office.

My wife is an active duty military doctor and I am a veteran myself.

I am currently a pricing analyst for a medical company. 

@Marco Padilla  It is one thing to waive the late fees because of a medical situation, but longer term are they going to be able to afford to pay the rent?
