Hello Everyone, I'm Lynn. I am currently a pricing analyst for a medical company.  I am new to Bigger Pockets and real estate as a whole. My goal is to be a real estate investor holding single and multifamily properties. My plan is to build up my experience and investment funds with wholesaling, then move into holding properties.  I am not very interested in flips  at this time.  I am looking for real estate investment to be a stream of passive income, a career and a legacy.  I also see holding property as a way to serve the community and its residents.
