I will have to look a little further away, and I am considering the fact a property in Chicago would be a schlepp, whereas an apartment near to where I am in the town would be manageable myself (my wife is also a home maker and so she would prolly try it out before resorting to a PM).I like the math working out where if you have to go to a PM worse-case, the math still endures.

From my reading and observation of real life, humans never eliminate emotion from our decisions and the best decision makers rely on both -- they have trained their emotions to process the more complicate parts of the deal (based on knowledge gained from past deals) and trained their minds to respect their seemingly non-logical emotional responses.Consider the title:  Millenials should be HAPPY..."
