Anybody know if Marquette, Michigan is going to lift their STR rental cap anytime soon? 

If a tenant says I left it spotless and it is full of garbage 2 weeks later how do you know the tenant did it or if someone broke in and did it? 

I haven't looked deeply in Elijay or Cherry log, but I know these are strong rental markets as well.

I dont know Bob  one of the golden rules in real estate is location location location.Other wise every  one would be buying in Geary indiana :)

If you know you could pull $150k of equity from the home, are you saying you don't think that's sufficient to cover the down payment, closing costs and reno costs of the next property?

Also know that some LLC setups can make it very hard to borrow, which is something to talk to lenders about before you make your decision on what to do.Good Luck!
