They have places in all areas and it is perfect for sellers who want to sell and stay or buyers who want to rent mid-term and look to buy.A good listing agent would be able to tell you what is best to do now and what is best not to do, but I can tell you from my experience that if you are in a pinch and have to sell, you should just sell as-is and take what you can.
