That looks like a good plan from my perspective, except that $2,250 closing costs.

Just started a team somewhat recently so it's all quite fresh for me.

A good habit to get into is all of the large commercial firms, JLL, Cushman, CBRE, Avison release market reports each quarter and has a lot of information on what happened the past quarter and some perspective of what is coming.  

A few things first: This is my first post about my first (only) commercial property with regards to our very first perspective tenant.

@William Rose approaching this from the perspective of a buyer's agent probably isn't the best way to go about it.
