Hi guys - There is a huge development off the side of a 4 lane highway near my home that I want to identify.  

I have spoken to a developer and he provide me a verbal bid of 108K for a 1500 Sqft house with two card garage. so the total sqft is about 1900.

There was a fair amount of gang activity there which caused quite a bit of trouble for a lot of the developers there initially but once they started hiring a lot of them and getting them off the streets, the resistance has improved a fair amount.

@Yi Lin, "they" don't tell their prospects that their offers will be so ridiculously low, that they'll be able to afford to pay any and all closing costs themselves!
