I was originally debating between Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress and ended up going the WP route for a few major reasons:-huge, active community-tons of free plugins & themes-lots of paid plugins & themes-the glut of information on WPWhat are the benefits to using Drupal?

Here these folks still tend to have lower heating costs, but if natural gas were actually cheaper than electricity or oil, a natural gas forced air furnace would likely be cheaper in that situation.HVAC debates aside, the core of my initial message was intended to be improvements to the building envelope in terms of superior insulation and effective air sealing will give you larger long-term payback than your choice of HVAC system.  

Guys, There is a heck of a lot more involved that just creating an entity.I won't bother going into details because I'm not interested in any potential debate here.I will say this: For your first entity, hire an experienced, non-cookie cutter type AP attorney.
