How you would cover expenses with that scenario, I don't know.  

(Not by using Google maps because they can easily be outdated pictures) There should be some.

I noticed across literally across the street was a completely vacant house, with a boarded up front door and windows covered in blinds, shades, and newspapers.I did a quick parcel search in my county and found the owner lives not too too far away.

For example bad or hardly any pictures. 

I searched through Facebook profiles to see if I could find a picture of the house, or anything that eluded to that person being the correct owner.

If i can get an address I will run some numbers and let you know.Rehab, for that ARV in that area with that size of home could be upwards of $150k, but i cant double check your numbers without an address to get a good comp.Do you have pictures of the exterior to know what the elevation looks like.
