I purchased a property back in April with HELOC.

I specialize in bridging the gap between national & international investors and builders...basically, providing a turn-key process for identifying, purchasing, & managing cash-flowing properties.

So if you bought a property with seller financing in 2020 when the AFR was ~1%, would the AFR now at ~4% apply for the seller or would they be locked in the AFR at purchase?

I did not purchase the mastermind course for 5000 dollars as I can't afford it but still familiazing myself with tax lien and deed.any guidance and or books would be great

We purchased almost everything from Amazon and Wayfair.

Purchase price: $171,000 Cash invested: $34,000 Bought a 2 unit as a househack, living in the upper and renting out the lower unit.

We have gotten our finances in line and currently are looking more in detail to purchase our first real estate property.
