So I found locations to make commute easier for myself, luckily any location that was convienient for me was also great for renters commuting to NYC.

• Is this still considered HSV proper, where residents don't mind (or even enjoy) living out there and commuting into work?

We are walking distance to village which I believe is a positive for us.

It's a turn key 4plex walking distance from a major University (ASU) and definitely a nice place for me and my wife and toddler to live in.

Hi - I am listning to David Greens book on long- distance Real Estate investing.

Maybe some high speed rails are built and people can commute further in the same amount of time.

I’ve also read his other book on long-distance investing which is great.

I have two land deals that we have recently put under contract and I want to plan a few acres on both for storage. we bought the same airplane years ago and still talk on our aircraft forums however he moved up to a nice little jet  LOL well since its your thread we can talk a little aviation :)   Joe bought a Cirrus same year I bought mine.. at that time he commuted to SLC but put something like 400 hours on it first year which is right up there with commercial pilots.. he then bought a TBM.. 700 .. then like all of us in the business 08 happened not sure if he sold or what.. but we all kind of retrenched..
