Right now I want to finish this project soon so I can move on to find a next deal but I am lost in the search of a handyman or a contactor can anyone point me in the right direction?

We just try to make use of trending designs and finishes that put our homes in the top 10% of listed homes on the market so that they move fast.When you say you have some good deals there, does that mean you have them under contract or just noticed inexpensive prices?

I recently refinanced a home in Florida with a major bank and it took 49 days from start to finish.

A detached 2 car garage with a 576 sq. ft. finished loft (1 bed 1 bath) and the main house is a 968 sq. ft. 3 bed 1 bath.

Another option is a Land Contract, which is like a car loan, where you hold the deed until the buyer finishes making the payments. 

@Daniel SmythI finished my prelicense education so is it best to finish that and then just work as an independent?

Finishing my education on time is a priority to me.
