Learning is good, but you also need to get involved with the "behind the scenes" there is alot more too it than all of the step by step approaches.

I'd also bring a good home inspector and let them go through the entire place; gives a good holistic approach to the condition of the property.

This is mostly for SEO, search engine optimization.I would recommend this approach - to use your name, or maybe just initials, but to use good key words and city in it as well, so when your area is searched, your domain will be more likely to appear higher in the results.
