I got the address and did some online research and then visited the property on June 22nd.

However if you go this route you have to set up the separate entities properly, with different names and an address that can't be traced to you.

I amNot concerned if they make 2 payments to get it there.

The only thing different with a seller-financed transaction is the section of the agreement that addresses purchase price and financing.
