What this is, is still very much a Roth IRA, just with different processing capacity and therefore the ability to invest outside the stock market into things like real estate, private equity and other allowable asset classes.Such an IRA is not a means for you to access funds to add to your real estate investing.

Some of the ways to find properties include but not limited to:1) You can add loopnet to your list as a source as sometimes smaller multi-families are listed there as well. 2) Direct mailing campaigns to the owners3) Networking at local REI groups4) Through wholesalers but they mostly concentrate on SFH5) Partnering up with someone who has access to properties but no funding (if you can offer funding)

In CA I can email title company day of the sherif sale and within two hours I’ll get the clear to close title very or detail title report..... i am finding it very difficult here on the east coast one title plant is digital and accessed anywhere in the world the other title plant is at the courthouse and is done through manual labor.that's what they call a title abstractor.. we don't have those folks on the West coast.. at least the same type of position you find in other states..
