@Joseph Norman Am I missing something or is it as simple as importing the lists into spreadsheets and then combining so you have a name column, address column, etc, and then just doing a Sort command to get the names or addresses together?

From my experience in the Oklahoma City Metro area, mostly in the Norman and Central OKC area, if utilities are separately metered, then the Tenant is the one to pay these.
