Has anyone used BackFlip to fund any deals?

I have buddies that use stessa and avail but I use Baselane.

Either paying all cash or using hard money with plenty of money in reserves. 

But even with that, he needs someone to guide him or JV with him who isn't going to take advantage of his youth and inexperience.

Since you said that this property is a townhome I imagine yours is attached to the one you are considering buying.

PMLs exist, there's zillions of them, real estate investors work with them every day and PMLs fill a need and have a role to play as a specific tools for a specific situation.See if you can put a sharper point on your question.Mike Thanks for this Mike!
