Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?

Are there specific sites or processes to get into the list for  Fort Worth and McKinney to to list your property as a rental for section 8 tenants?

@Melvin List you are definitely a smart man.

They generally have lists they can refer to.It's never 100% accurate because repairs on a newly bought building can quickly cascade into larger projects depending on what they find when they are on site.

Look at listings, Airbnb rentals, and feedback from locals and tourists to gauge interest in non-traditional properties.

Hi @Jordan McDonaldAs a FW local I have a large investor list that I send out to my bigger pockets investors 2-3 times a week with flips or buy and hold deals that I come across on or off market. 

Justabout evreyhouse if not the day it was listed.  

It can be for one home or any home that they show you, but you will have to sign one regardless of who is helping you, even if you skip the buyers agent and go directly to the listing agent.The purpose of this is transparency.

Can’t do that with stock picking.
