When you get the MLS sheet on these comp properties read over the description, look at the pictures to see what the condition of each property really is and that should tell you why it sold for such a cheap price.

Only seeing them online and only pictures of them but makes me wonder why nobody wants them. 

Yet in court they lied on the stand saying they did pay us (no receipts, no documents, no pictures, no nothing) and the court believed them.

Needs a lot of work but it looks like from the pictures (haven't walked the property) that the floors and such have already been removed like someone was going to try and rehab it.

I include a lot of pictures, average 300 pictures an inspection.

Do I need to be taking pictures and then reaching out to contractors?

It is always hard to get the Big Picture or Perspective of what really works with Investing in anything.

Based on the pictures of the house it will need a lot of rehab (no kitchen cabinets, no appliances, missing tubs, sinks, toilets).

I have reached out to local property management companies in order to give me a better picture.
