Wondering if anyone on here owns student rental property for students at the University of MD at College Park.I own a number of other rentals, and student housing in another state, but this will be my first time owning one for students at this school.Anyone on here a landlord in this area?  

I didn't take the traditional college degree route, instead I jumped right into real estate and I got mentoring from some of the top investors in the country.  

I own a 4 bedroom home in a college town that I am looking to rent next year for the 2016 fall semester, so I have some time here.The town has an ordinance stating that every tenant age 17+ needs to have a parking spot on the property.

Now you need a college degree, and the classes are not always local.  

Perhaps, you could check around and partner with this type of organization and a church college group that is looking for service projects.  

I'm looking to do this in Ft worth or near a college town.

I didn't find him in the local police stations and I'm surprised none of his workers (college aged guys) haven't come for their things either.
