I was just introduced to investing recently at a Flipping Formula workshop.

I thought I would just I introduce myself to all of the wonderful and friendly people that make of the BP community. 

I look forward to this adventure which I know will not only put cash in my pockets, but also introduce me to amazing people with similar goals as mine.

BP newbie here and wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself.My background:I'm James, a 27 year old part-time investor in the greater Boston area.

Find a local REI club and introduce yourself to people and state your goals.

I say introduce yourself, create a friendly atmosphere.

If you are looking at this from the perspective of helping the group, I would find an experienced developer and/or an existing (possibly failed) development, introduce the two parties then get out of the way and let the group handle the particulars of what and where they actually want to live.
