Anyone that knows what they are doing will know you will have a hard time moving it and if they like it at all they can get a better price by just waiting for you to unwind your deal and they can put in an offer with the realtor.Now if you can hit on one and get it cheap enough to offer it back for well under the listed price so it is an attractive deal then you should be able to sell it.

He states he owns 2 in Tennessee, I didnt see where he specifically states they are in Memphis.Most people pass on condo's bc of the monthly association dues can be expensive.One of the main reasons people purchase them bc they are usually cheap.

I think one of my biggest problems is that im cheap so when I look at a property I can figure out ball park cost of repairs and I know what I would charge for certains repairs so it tends to blind me a bit I think.
