I'd be happy to chat and/or meet up, and help any way I can.It's hard (but not impossible) to find deals in Kenwood...it's a highly sought-after area, and there are many more single family craftsman homes (which the neighborhood is known for) than multi-families. 

I have also had a chance to chat to a few locals (that have no connection to any of the team members or know what I'm in Utah for) and it is all sounding very positive.It is a huge first investment for sure and it is definitely scary. 

IMO there are very good platforms, and those there are those I would stay away from.

RealtyMogul is the only platform who I've heard does crowdfunding for MHPs.
