I spent the time to look up all the so called properties she was flipping that we toured during the program and some of them were bought and held for many years leading up to the week i was in the program, so i feel like she bought up so much property when it was bottomed out in value after the crash and she held them doing the flips during the class periods to fund the flips or something, because when you line up all the past flips she did they all correspond around course dates.. 

We do tours every month and will gladly show you around and get you up close and personal with the gorgeous ginger bread brick properties and lovely frame houses that are offering monster cash flow returns comparatively speaking with the rest of the country.

Based on her comments and reactions when touring the property, I think she balked at the idea of the required documentation but also on the prohibitions on smoking and not using the garage as living quarters.

We provide tours of those that are interested and we received 3 applications but leased to the first ones that provided all the required data.

In early 2017 I went to visit the Alabama markets of Montgomery and Huntsville with a RWN tour. 

Having a career that I love, as well as a family that I prefer to see instead of touring properties or answering tenant calls, the passive route fits my needs, even with the downsides for my longer term hold properties.  

@Alex Craig who runs that company is very knowledgeable in Memphis and was incredibly hospitable with his time when I toured.

If you are investing out of state or a few hours away then offering site unseen may work if you feel comfortable with your agent touring and video taping the home.
