I've just started the journey to transition into real estate investing.The sum total of my real estate experience has been buying my first house over the last two months.

When I first brought up the idea of real estate investing my wife was totally against it.

3) the house is in a 'non-disclosure' state (my term for: not required to disclose RE sales);  so doing 'comps' online seems questionable 4) IF the house actually sells for anything near $125k - $150k??

Example:If you use ANY on-line dispute systems, you effectively relinquish the right to request verification of a disputed item and to request to be notified if any items removed from your credit report are re-inserted.

Honestly, you need more detailed advice then you'll be able to obtain online.  

@Danny Wu I cant answer that question right now but as I learn more about this area's market i'll talk to you about it. look online and do some research @Sean Lauber , my job pays me very well, but I'm looking for more financial independence.
