Project management is not property management, but people may define project management differently.

I have seen a few scary things like "you need to dig up the entire front yard" in other groups but I'd like to hear from people that are actively investing in the city, and meeting the new standards, as to what their experience has been.

Some people prefer it, and others like me just try to avoid it.

This older home has older ceiling fans in the bedrooms.I'm planning to replace all the fans with LED light but wanted to hear peoples experiences on this.My thoughts are, ceiling fans are another object in a rental that break a lot, they get dusty and gross, and these don't provide much light to the rooms.

With the new funding the IRS has received, they are assigning more agents to people like us.
