It's wrecking havoc on our economy and landing punches on the face of every industry.

I also haven’t been at my job in the same industry for two years to qualify for some loans.

The airlines and cruise line industries are the hardest hit.

Patricia, I hope you find the right fit, but we are all people in this industry and everyone is doing the best they can in the face of danger and uncertainty.

Families are eating dinner together at home and that could create new habits that could have long term impact on the restaurant industry. 

@Jennifer Sierchio,  Narrated video walkthroughs as Account Closed suggested are also a good alternative AND/OR addition to a virtual 3D tours and photography (not only for marketing, but also for move in and move out assessments). 

Talking from online classes (which I believe = $750) to the state exams etc...Trying to simplify things for a few new folks considering joining the industry!

Definitely look at major employers in the area... if it's dominated by industries affected most by COVID, then it may take a little longer to bounce back.

There is much information to be learned in this industry and many different pathways, but don’t get stressed out and take one thing at a time.

I agree with a lot of what has been said above - the massive job loss due to the virus will certainly have ripple effects through the entire RE industry (I'm already working with some of my tenants on rent adjustment plans).
