The latest applicant seemed hell bent and undeterred by my screening method and insisted that he wants to rent a 2 bedroom one bathroom apt at $475.00 per month and yet he only recieves $985.00 a month something near that figuare.

I made a comment that it's too bad the latest owners foreclosed. 

I started off by mailing out 250 postcards a week and started getting calls and finally closing on my first wholesale deal tomorrow (or Monday at the latest).

Just when you think you've seen it all....I should pull the file and actually look at my latest tax bill as they separate land and improvements.
