Latest Upate: Well, sadly, we filed for the eviction today for $121...The realtor and previous owner have fed the tenant false information (realtor hasn't even pulled the sign from the yard yet and we know he was there two days after closing).

The latest applicant seemed hell bent and undeterred by my screening method and insisted that he wants to rent a 2 bedroom one bathroom apt at $475.00 per month and yet he only recieves $985.00 a month something near that figuare.
