I charge the same as a motel, but people get a kitchen, washer/dryer, their own bedroom, a living room, a yard, a deck with a grill, and the inside of a house that looks like Hugh Hefners mansion.

The place smelled so bad you literally couldn't breath through your nose & we were ONLY in the kitchen!!!

Buyer issues range from only 2 parking spaces, One furnace and the need for some kitchen and bath refurbishment

And then when the year is about to end I’m planning on updating the kitchen to bring up the value and get some money out of it.

We are having to redo our kitchen flooring because of previous work that was done improperly.

I decided to leave law enforcement and jumped into full time real estate investing and sales.
