I think a lot of posters think they'll gain more traction if they use the forums instead, but honestly it's just the opposite - the forums are so incredibly busy that only a few threads manage to stay at the top of the feed.

Let me skool you what a lead is, .. sit down son.A lead is ANYONE that is willing to sell their house BELOW MARKET VALUE REGARDLESS the reason or motivation for selling!

I'd had enough, and felt that this would be one potential way to motivate him, but it just pissed him off, and he's butt hurt that I hollered at him.
