If I do should I sell when the tenant finally does decide to move or should I continue to rent the house after refinancing to a lower mortgage?

Hello all,My name is Danny Saturday, I've been reading the forum for quite some time and decided to finally join.

Finished my short sale flip to rental and finally got it rented last week. 

I have not done so, but I have negotiated this with an individual as seller when the final walk thru (outside of the inspection period) revealed damage that had been hidden by the occupants furnishings during original viewing and inspection period.

Just when we were about to close escrow, the house was finally cleaned out & vacated.

Houston is finally starting to get some respect as we get a major influx of people coming from other cities looking for lower taxes and better quality of life.

Goodbye, mortgage interest deduction, hello extra cashflow.And THAT's when I finally cracked.

Our tiny house is finally live on AirBnB!  

@James Scott like was mentioned, you don’t have to have an LLC but if you still need a lawyer, I have used a couple in GR and have finally found one who was reliable and pretty well priced.

Currently finalizing details on a new construction home as my first rental.
