Another thing I just saw on another forum someone posted up a sign from western union stating that debit cards that would be accepted has to have pin bank name and account name on it so no more visa gc or VR I suppose.Account Closed This is really old stuff but its still a good story with people earning millions in free flights, hotels stays and lifetime elite status.

If you put zero percent down, that's awesome, but if it's gonna have negative cash flow when you move out, you might want to keep looking.

Not sure how many you plan to buy a year, but I'll say 90pct of single family investors probably don't even buy 1 a year.....Maybe buy 10 over a lifetime....over 10-15-20 years.

A fixed rent from the operator would clearly be passive rental income not subject to tax on Unrelated Business Taxable Income (UBTI).The percent of revenue approach would be more aggressive.
