I'm still in the learning stage.

I'm likely not at the stage that I can entertain the idea of greener alternatives into my first rehab, which is fine. 

In the early stages of a deal after close, the preferred return in my experience is either lower in years 1/2 or deferred until the property is stabilized, then paid out at an agreed upon date, at a refi/capital event or upon selling the property.

In some ways, I can see the sense in that.Historically, successful investors buy on the “dips”...They wait until everything is on sale…Then they clean house.But, most of the people I talk to who are waiting…Aren’t really an investor yet at all.In fact, they’re really just at the stages of “figuring it all out”.There’s a lot to figure out when you’re brand new.

I should probably get this figured out now while I'm still early on in this so that the systems are in place and I can be prepared for the growth stage of my business.

When you purchase it you also get access to a series of videos that explain how to use it which should be informative for somebody at your stage.

In the capital building stage of my career right now.

At this early stage, BRRRR stands out as the most attractive strategy and Grand Rapids MN the most attractive market. 

If it was a simple forgotten payment, I highly doubt it would have gotten to the filing stage.
