Hey Wendy,The first thing you want to do is MASTER your wholesaling numbers.The only way to succeed in this business is by truly understanding the value of a house (ARV) - once you understand ARV's, repair estimates, etc. then you can make an offer.When you lock up a deal, if its truly a deal then you will have plenty of investors making an offer on it.

Also keep in mind your talking about B + to A inventory IE meaning very nice owner occ neighborhoods and or new construction. there are plenty of houses but a huge amount of them are in areas that ONLY attract investors they do not attract owner occupants..there by making this shortage even worse.
