We have 2 LLC's that run management companies and 10 LLC's that do real estate investing.

Much like many of the so-called gurus, the cost for their "training" will eventually run into tens of thousands of dollars.

This property has been so hands off I have not thought about in years like I should have and i do NOT have the time to educate myself to say the least (I run a company). 

If your facts are not strong, or the judge or jury just do not believe them, you run the risk of court saying you did not occupy exclusively and continuously, you did not burn off redemption rights, or you did not possess before the time limit and you lose everything.

Because it's a banking and bookkeeping platform I can set up individual bank accounts quickly and easily in Baselane and keep track of revenue and expenses for each property and easily run basic and customizable reports.

However, I feel like there's a lot of potential to run into a lot of walls/pitfalls that can cost a ton of time/money if I do this route.At the end of the day, I want to put a lot of emphasis on using the newest technologies to streamline the business as much as possible. 

When I run into a customer that wants to supply materials , my estimate is over then and there .

If you can buy a new primary, that seems like the way to go without running numbers.

Then we setup these ozone machines and let them run for a few days all over the house.
