This particular property is a main house and a detached guest house / ADU.

I have someone looking too dump their condo for $20,000 a single floor detached property, 2bd, 2bath HOA fees 388. 

What I would like to do if the city permits it, is build a detached ADU, and a garage ADU on the same property.

This home has been this way for nearly 80 years and is completely renovated inside with all new mechanicals with 1.5 acres and a large detached garage.What are options for trying to sell this place without running into home inspection issues every time.

I purchased a 5 unit, mixed use property, 3 storefronts, 2 residential, 6 car detached garage.

Currently in WA state the rules specifically state an owner can build a detached OR an attached ADU, but not both. 

Greetings,I can't seem to find out if it's easier to build a primary home with two attached ADUs in the same loan or if they have to be packaged in separate loans causing me to build detached ADUs and create a whole new loan and separate the construction sites and schedules.
