I don't know about you folks but a tenant not paying is different from a court pursuit of eviction. 

She refused and so we went to file an eviction.We went through the process of an eviction and when we were scheduled to file the exact court date the attorney notified us that he filed the eviction for the wrong address.

But I expect that to change and be more defined.To give you an idea, one of the officials said mowing a lawn is essential to health and safety, but an elective landscaping project, is notSo I would GUESS< feta ING a non functioning furnace or hot water heater, or a roof with holes might be essential, remodeling your bathroom, or a house no one lives in may not be. 

It was a while ago but I believe the reason is they have never been tested in courts here in Indiana so no one really knows if they will survive a court challenge or not

This will function as a term loan for permanent working capital rather than a LOC.

Hard to get an eviction through court when the courts are closed and the police that are tasked with escorting people from your property are quarantined or told not to do it - lol.

Our courts stopped taking evictions on March 16th until further notice, so there is literally nothing I can do but try to work with them.

Are there any other steps I can take to try and get them to pay me without going to court?
