Hi Conor,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to beginners:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

With my experience sometimes people are so stressed and just want out that they want you to take their problem away for them and no amount of coaching or guidance will help when someone just wants to get out from that house payment "stress"

It's legit, but you don't get personalized coaching at that price, maybe if you pay more.

Plus you also get a mentor/coach to shadow in the process.

•Make sure their history includes failures (a good mentor had some failures that have significantly strengthened their ability to succeed and thus their ability to coach you to succeed).
