Also, what are some other good target clients other than FSBOs and expired listings (I've called the majority of those in my area).

Where will you find clients and business to keep your business afloat?

I keep up with the properties and do the repairs quickly keeping my clients happy and forever.

Can you give me the name and contact information of your past clients?

I am GC for clients on these and both those estimates came in at $80/SF. 

They dragged me around for 6 months looking at houses but were so happy I stuck with them that they have now referred me to over 7 other people that all have been great clients.

For my photography business, we use a chrome extension called DuxSoup to automatically connect with potential clients to build the business.

I've got several clients that have gone down that path.
