ok, here it goes. i am not a lawyer, but basically, my opinion of lawyers is about the same as anyone else. they are basically lowlife scum that have a use every once in a while. they are merely legalized criminals. that being said, they can have a use once  in a while. the previous responder here is right, they are held to a higher standard in court. there will be a record with the court of his loosing his license also, which should be frowned upon by the court. i have my suspicions about a few things. first, why would he attempt to move the jurisdiction of the jury trial to downtown?

I think if I were in your shoes, which I clearly am not, I would move on this property if the numbers make sense, knowing that I would do more to attempt to protect those other tenants than the current landlord is willing to do.

Hello Everyone, I'm attempting my first double closing in CA and was wondering about some details.Can I use a generic Real Estate Purchase Agreement contract for the second closing even if I'm using a Real Estate Agent Contract for the first one?
