I am familiar with the first three since I lived in each but not NY although I always wanted to own there and I'm there about 50% of the time (currently live in DC).

In addition to that, we like to check with the police, fire, insurance, sex offender status, and anything that might affect the operations of the park.

Are you living close to free?

A lot of people will take a str at the beach when they live in Orlando or inland Pinellas simply because it's 95 degrees out and if you can get a pool and a beach within 100 yards of your front door - why not!!!

I don't know where you live, but in California, I would immediately serve them with a 3-day notice to pay or quit. 

Simply own and live in the home for 24 months of the past 5 years from the date of sale, and receive a tax benefit of up to 250k of excludable capital gains from tax or 500k if married and filing jointly.
