Understand your point about its desirability from a temporary user (rental) perspective.

Why should you have to spend time doing a temporary repair to hold them until you do a permanent repair with your own time for their negligence?

The schools are lower on their list for the exact reason they are renting- its temporary.

Don't be afraid of it; use it for what it is, a temporary solution to an immediate need.
