Im finally making my break to get into real estate investing.  

I'm been lurking around here for awhile and have finally decided it was time to introduce myself!     

Whatever it is, you have to respect the blood, sweat and tears (literally, sometimes) that it takes for someone else to finally become a 'successful' investor.

@Dale PlantThe last time around, it took 3-4 years before the tumbleweeds rolled in and price returned to the planet.Another thing to keep in mind is much of the {camp} housing is not permanent, but trailers and semi-permanent accommodations.  

I have already been very interested in involving myself with investing for a number of years now and definitely think now is the time to finally jump in.

Hi all, finally bought my first multi-family in Northern NJ.

It is kinda funny how long I spent thinking one day I'd read enough free blog articles or $20 books that would finally make me a real estate millionaire.
