If you work with a quality provider, they will assist you with the basic administrative requirements to properly operate the plan and guide you with respect to IRS guidelines.Some custodians offer processing intermediary services for the Solo 401(k), not because that is a good service, but because they want to capture that market and gain fee revenue.

Yes, MA is very tenant friendly, but if you screen well and stick to your criteria you have nothing to worry about.Treat the tenants with respect, and be disciplined to maintain the place the best you can.
