I'm getting email updates from the law offices like Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson and so on, but these are for out of area sales like up in Dallas and down in Harris counties.

There can be exceptions, but plan on the two years.If you're focused on Harris county, it is a whole different animal than almost anywhere in the state. 

I went to one in Harris County and it was crazy.

If it needs work market to people who do work on properties, if it needs very little, market it to anyone, including investors, landlords and Harry Homeowner!

SpaceX has announced an expansion, as well as a number of military industrial companies (Northrop, Harris, and the like), but the medical industry is a huge employer in the county, as well.
