I was asked to come out to Australia to speak to groups in different cities on this subject because we have so many investors out of the country wanting to buy dealsI think it is interesting that I see so many local investors and other investors across the country on the fence, not sure, still waiting for the bottom to drop, doom and gloom etc.. basically either talking themselves out of doing a deal or doing analysis paralysis and the deal is gone before they even make a move.
